This is an excellent product for managing anxiety brought on by traumatic experiences. When I take it, I feel completely relaxed. I’ve noticed a significant release in tension—especially in my voice, where the trauma seemed to have lodged itself. I no longer feel the urge to use lozenges to relieve stress, as the calming effect is deep and lasting.

I have took the pills for 12days . It does help me sleep after my life is completely shattered . There’s no word to describe mental, emotional torture . I decided to order the herbal medicine. I believe it’ll help me calm peacefully.

Was taking these, doing acupuncture, and eating differently as prescribed by acupuncturist and my body changed a lot, not sure if these helped or not but they didn’t hurt 🙌🏻 It felt cool to take the medicine seen on anime’s 🤓🌸

Gave five stars because I’m sure it at least is all it claims to be. Bought to balance hormones. Didn’t realize it had activated charcoal. That kills bad and good bacteria and removes important minerals. I took one only and didn’t notice any bad effects. Figured if there was any metals in the pills the charcoal would pull it out. May want to check with a professional before taking.

I love this stuff. It really helps my peri-menopause anxiety. I’m out right now and notice a huge difference.
