Fairly pleased with this frame. Came packaged very well and protected. Glass isn't non reflective so was disappointed at that but where it's placed luckily doesn't cause too much reflection. Would purchase again from this supplier.

Nice frame but the mount sizing is slightly out so wider than my 16x12 print. Had to add some card behind to cover the gaps.

Nice frame. As advertised. However, the back board is broken- see pictures-, and the amount of (clearly ineffective!) packaging used was quite wasteful. It arrived in a box approximately twice as big as needed, and was wrapped in an excessive amount of bubble wrap, but clearly has been stored/made poorly.

The frame is good, with glass (which I appreciate). However it is the mounting board I have a problem with. I ordered 16x20 frame for 10x15 picture. The mounting board aperture for the picture is only around 1 mm smaller than the picture itself in each direction, making it tricky to properly mount flat. I am used to a mounting board aperture that is 5mm smaller than the picture in both directions.Also, it would not cost much to supply eye hooks for wall mounting with the frame itself

I've bought a number of frames from this company, all of which have been of good quality and matching the description exactly. My last purchase arrived promptly like the others but was missing the mount. I emailed the company and received a reply almost immediately. They could not have been more helpful, checking my requirements and sending on a mount quickly. I can't recommend the Frame Company highly enough.
