Great bike
After receiving my well packed bike in a huge box, I went to unpacking it as fast as I could. I found no defects or issues. The bike went together very easily and without problems. After tuning the bike and adjust it for size, I took it for a ride around the block. I was amazed. The bike made no noise while riding at all, unlike my old mtn bike it was replacing. I shifted through the gears and was soon at top speed, what a rush. Braking was good also. My only small complaint is that shifting is a little slow, but other than that, it’s all good. I’m already looking at tommaso bikes for when I want to upgrade to a full road bike in a year or so.

This is the best value and most versatile of all of my 8 bikes!
Wow! What a surprise. This is an outstanding gravel bike for half the price of a Canyon entry-level Grail Trek or Cannondale (and there would be a six month back order) The Shimano Touray group set with a tripple cage is as good, but perhaps heavier than a 105 or even an Ultegra. It's not even all that heavy. If I didn't have so many bikes, I might have upgraded to a carbon fork. Be careful on the sizes, however. The stack is accurate. The reach is really too long for a 53 cm and is about the same as my 56 cm. You might need a shorter stem to compensate, Nevertheless, the best value and quick delivery out there. Get this bike!

Not so great
Below average quality, beautiful but not a great bike purchase the bike on September 2019 ; one of my spoke pull off after ruding it for 500km all attempt to get Chris CRM at Tomasso to attend to this problem fell on deaf hears. I replace the tires to gator skin 700x32c road bike tires and trill began . It became a very fast bike and I love it

Ok bike but safety concern
Pros:1. Ok components for the price point2. Mostly assembled out of the box3. Rolls ok once fully assembledCons:1. Tyres outside of the recommended international specs2. It required to adjust some preassembled components3. Back Dropouts have a really old standard, making it hard to replace the wheels.Full review:I have been riding this bike for the last couple of months mostly every day since it arrived to my door. It comes mostly assembled and is fairly easy to finish the build if you have the tools. I required Allen keys and a pedal wrench not included in the box.My biggest concern with this bike is that the 40c tyres that come with the bike are way outside of the ERTRO specification for safety. The rim has an inner width of 13.5mm and the ERTRO recommends a max size of 25c. This is safety risk when cornering because a 40c tyre will ballon a lot more that a 25c wheel, making the bike unstable.A lesser issue is that some components that came preassembled required some adjustments. The front derailleur was off for a few millimeters which made the shifts unreliable. The front brake caliper was missaligned which made the rotor to run the brake pads in a weird angle.Something to keep in mind is that the back dropouts have a width of 130mm. Most modern wheels are made for 135mm and up, which will make hard to find a wheelset that support wider tyres

Good ride for the money.
Help a friend pick out this bike. Ordered and had shipped to my place so I could assemble and adjust. Came well packed was perfectly protected. Had to install handlebars, front wheel and seat. Adjusted the shifters and brakes. We went on a forty mile ride today. He said the bike felt good. We added some clipless pedals. It comes with flat metal pedals. it took him some time to get used to the shifters integrated into the brake levers. All in all a good frame and component group for the money.Their sizing chart is very good to determine your frame size.

OK - unpublished features. Still getting acclimated.
This is my first gravel bike. I’m still trying to adjust it and set it up for me. I tossed the seat it came with and invested in a nice SMP Italian made seat. There’s also a nice feature allowing you to incrementally adjust the derailer using the shifter buttons. This feature was not mentioned in the bike manual, but was pointed out to me by the bike shop I took it to to have it adjusted. I wish it were not so heavy (26.2 lbs), but there were many bikes out of stock during the month that I ordered this one, and I could not afford a carbon fiber super bike. overall, I am beginning to get used to it, and it probably suits my needs for the type of riding I do. I sure could go for some brighter colors. This one looks like it was designed for night ops.

Excellent Bike and Excellent Customer Service!
This bike is a great combination of road bike and mountain bike. It rides similar to a road bike and has the larger gears for those long cross-country rides. Yet, when you hit a hill it has good climber gears and no worry disc brakes (especially in the rain and mud!). It rides well on gravel and dirt as well as paved surfaces. Had a small issue when I got the bike. Called them and they were both friendly and helpful and had the issue handled within a day. It's refreshing to see such a good product backed by such good customer service. Thanks Tommaso!

Good value - good bike.
Got my Siena in July and have probably put 1000 trouble free miles on it. After a tune up at the local bike shop, it’s smooth as silk and a great ride whether on gravel or tarmac. No disappointment here whatsoever. The paint scheme gets a lot of positive comments as does the frame geometry.
