The nasal dilators I purchased allow you to breathe better for people like me who snore in their sleep. Basically, they are sustainable as they dilate your nasal passages for better breathing and prevent you from breathing with your mouth open during the night. However, so far I must say they work well and also come in different sizes depending on the size of your nose. The snoring is gone.

Good quality nose clip. Better quality than my old nose clips, they last all night and it's time to say goodbye to snoring.

cAfter a month of use, I've noticed a significant improvement in my nighttime breathing, and I'm happy with that so far. Honestly, I don't understand people who complain about nose clips not working, and then spout off that they don't work without wearing them for a few days. Obviously, this needs to be worn for a long period of time for the effects to show up gradually. I hope you guys stick with it, I don't snore much now that I don't wear it.
