B1 Cured My Chapped Lips and Dry Heels!
I purchased this product to upgrade from only B1 to all forms of the B vitamins that I suspect I am lacking. I believe this is helping my energy level and helping balance the levels of all the B vitamins I need. This was only my second order. Originally I learned the importance of B1 vitamins when my lips were very cracked and dry. I tried using chapstick, gloss, moisturizer (which I was hesitant to put on my lips, but was desperate), and nothing helped. I saw a video by Dr. Berg and he said chapped lips could be due to B1 deficiency. B1 was very efficient at solving not only my chapped lips, but my dry heels as well. When I saw Dr. Berg’s B complex vitamins I decided to try them vs only B1 and I believe the other B vitamins are helping me feel more energized. I am 67 years old and my lips, skin, and feet are very smooth and soft - thanks to Dr. Berg. I believe this contributes to my overall health. Sadly I wasted so much money on not only lip products to fix my chapped lips, but on foot creams and moisturizers too. I trust Dr. Berg and his products. He is very specific about the quality of the ingredients used in his supplements. I purchase MANY of his products and have never been disappointed.
