First of all delivery was fast and easy but I received a message saying that it had been delivered which suprised me because I wasn't home to accept it.I then went home and called the delivery service and got told that it was delivered to a neighbour which I was relieved about. (Even though my neighbour left it on my doorstep the next day despite me trying to take it from them on the day it was delivered lol).I unboxed it and straightened the handle and when I tried to use the remote it didn't work. I contacted customer service both through contacting the seller on amazon and their web email. They replied very quickly and were incredibly attentive.After a couple of days, my dad helped me realise that the remote and the screen work when you are using it in the under desk mode and the built in controller is what you use when the handle is up. It’s easy to set up and a nice little treadmill. I can’t always get out to walk in the winter and I just hop on this. I’m in an apartment so I needed something quiet.

The media could not be loaded. This little machine is great for my purposes. I’m 5’ 3” and 72 year young female and need to get more steps in my day. I just set up the treadmill by myself - nothing to it. Out of the box and attach 4 knobs. I also carried it from outside to my spare bedroom. I oiled it and turned it on and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. NO NOISE! I increased the speed and still no noise. This is perfect if you’re just going to walk because I don’t know if you can run on it since it is short. This suits my needs perfectly and at a good price point. I attached a video also. Hope this helps you make your decision.

Work well with space, very self explanatory. I used it the first time and I lose 100 calories to start . It motivate me to exercise I put it in the kitchen . So after an hour of eating , I jump up in this machine for 30 minutes . I knew a lot of my friends died from heart attack , stroke and blood clot , so exercising is the best way and healthy diet and water is the way to go to prevent debilitating disease and premature death. Please do it now before it’s to late. On the other side , the knob on the lower right side is difficult and struggle to screw not well fitted . I don’t think after done that I will leave it as it is , won’t fold this not unless it is necessary.

While I like the compact size of this treadmill it is not sturdy enough, arms are way too low for security. I am 73 and a bit unstable because of an ankle injury so I need support from the handles. The machine seems to be working fine so far but I had such a difficult time trying to secure, screw in the Right, lower knob it was nearly impossible. For that reason alone, I will never fold it down again. Thankfully you have 30 days to return so I intend to make sure I use those days wisely. Now that it's up it seems fine, but I would not recommend anything but walking on this treadmill. I'm continually retightening the arm knobs.*****UPDATE: 3/03/2023: This company actually contacted me regarding a refund since I was disappointed with several issues. They were gracias, and apologized for my disappointment with their machine and refunded my account in FULL! They are a company with integrity which is rare today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
