Some customers have reported the lamp pole is tilted after assembly. Why does this happen, and how to avoid it?

The tilt is usually caused by twisting the pole itself when tightening the base, which may deform the threaded connection and bend the pole. To avoid this, hold the pole steady with one hand and only turn the base knob with the other during assembly.

Is this lamp dimmable?

The lamp itself is not dimmable, but it is compatible with dimmable bulbs. You can easily adjust brightness and colors by purchasing a dimmable LED or RGB bulb with a remote.

Is the product color the same as the listing photos?

There may be slight color differences due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography. We provide color card values for most options to help you accurately identify the color.

Is this lamp easy to assemble?

Yes, assembly is very easy and can usually be done without instructions. Just ensure the lampshade is level before tightening the top ball nut to prevent tilting.

What type of bulb does this lamp use?

This lamp is compatible with all E26 base bulbs, including LED, CFL, incandescent, and halogen. Maximum wattage is 60W; we recommend LED bulbs up to 20W (approx. 150W incandescent equivalent).
