River Cruising Atlas: Columbia, Willamette & Snake Rivers Spiral-bound – January 20, 2015

This guide covers the whole Columbia, Willamette, Snake, and other river systems, from the mouth of the Columbia to Boise. If you were to buy the complete set of charts for this region, it would cost $1000 or more. The charts included here are somewhat out of date, and "not for navigation", but for areas that you don't regularly cruise, and for planning purposes, this is an invaluable and cost-effective atlas.Of course, most people will have a marine GPS system now with internal charts (I still keep a paper set for emergencies), but this is good for sitting around and wondering where to cruise next. It also contains useful (but again, sometimes out of date) information on marinas and other amenities.

A wonderful memory of our trip down the Snake and Columbia River. Allowed me to document all the 900 photos I took on he trip. And this copy was priced about 70 percent lower than the retail price because it was VERY SLIGHTLY USED. Also the seller was not located near navigable water . A great buy!

This is a real nice book for what I'm using it for which is sturgeon fishing and being able to locate the deeper holes which usually is where the sturgeon hold up in, it's already paid me back with a couple keeper sturgeon which in the portion of the river I fish is 43-54".

Excellent charts for navigation! They photo copy well if you do ot want to bring the entire book with you on your boat.
