Dying Young

The actors "make" a movie and this one is no exception! I'm "old school," and a sucker for a good screenplay. This movie has it all, very fun and dramatic side by side. enjoy.

Just as described and shipped quickly

I felt this movie was outstanding. Julia Roberts was amazing, of course, but the acting by Campbell Scott should have launched him as a leading man in Hollywood. Why it didn't, I can't understand. Not only does he have the looks, but, more importantly, the man can act, and he proved it in Dying Young. I saw it three times when it came out, and have recently rediscovered it. His movements and facial expressions are dead on with the emotions they are supposed to convey. Not many actors capture the subtleties that transcend a good actor into an excellent actor. In Dying Young, Campbell Scott made it look easy! He certainly wasn't "dull" as he himself has stated he has been called. Anything but! And I have to add, as a woman of 60, those eyes still get me!

Beautiful real life illness and the power of Love

Beautiful love story...love both actors in this. Funny, it's like 20 years old almost and they are both older now, but this one remains a truly well made movie and the scenery, wardrobe is all so cool in it. Love that he is a millionaire...nice touch. She seems to play in movies with millionaire a lot.....Pretty Woman, Sleeping with the Enemy just to name a couple of them.

I never like to reveal too much about the movies I buy just in case someone is reading this review that hasn't seen them yet but I can say this is a great movie and I highly recommend it!

A charming show that depicts what it take to care for a seriously ill person. The soundtrack of the film is outstanding.

This arrived quicker than anticipated.I'm going to enjoy watching this tonight on my laptop.It appears to be in great condition but I'm unable to check right now because I can't find my external hard drive.

Zweifels der beste Film von Julia Roberts. Ja der Film ist sehr emotional, aber bei einem Film wo es um einen Krebskranken Menschen geht ist das nicht anders zu erwarten oder❓Also auf jeden Fall selbst anschauen und ein Urteil bilden. Für mich ein unvergesslich guter Film mit einer bildhübschen Julia......
