Peaklite PL-C11 3.5mm Plug to 3.5mm Plug Coiled Stereo Cable (Pack of 2) for Microphone, Wireless Receiver, DSLR Camera, Mirrorless Camera

I know these are meant for DSR cameras, but I needed a short cable for my Quest 2 to use with headphones. This is the perfect length for my use. They seem to be an alright normal cable compared to most aux cables I've used in the past. Never used coiled ones before.

I needed to connect a hot shoe mounted microphone to my DSLR, these cables are high resistance and thus waste your mic signal amplitude, requiring you to boost the mic amplification and thus introduce signal noise. I would estimate that compared to my other 6" cables they lose about 6-8dB of signal which is shocking. I also tested the resistance, and the round trip up and back through the cable is about 0.4 Ohms worse than my other cables, which are 0.1 Ohms total in this particular test. In short, they are awful for usage with a mic.Oh, and one of the two cables I received was broken on the left channel.
