Very good but expensive

Completely unsuitable for my elderly father to useBase feet need to be attached prior to use each time which is very fiddly to doDoesn’t wheel easily as wheels are small and chair which is very heavy needs to be tippedWe are also having a nightmare trying to return it.

We've had this for a year or so ..everytime dad bites the dirt its got him back to his feet no problem..indoors outdoors even on uneven ground..I would have to say this thing does not give up ..can lift 260 lbs no problem..

I bought this lift chair for myself. I am going through chemotherapy and it has destroyed all of my muscle strength in my legs. One day I squatted to pick up a towel on the floor and could not stand back up because of my weak leg muscles. I had to crawl to a sturdy recliner and was barely able to get myself up on it. I immediately started looking for a reliable way to lift myself from the floor should I fall or find myself on the floor for whatever reason. I saw this lift chair on YouTube and immediately came to Amazon to buy it. It's worth every cent spent!Because I can't sit on the floor, I had to open the box upright and put the legs on while the chair was sideways on the floor. I put the legs on and used duct tape to go over the peg in the hole and was able to roll the chair up onto the legs without them falling off. Then I put two furniture sliders under the chair and slid it to where it's now living.I live alone so it's impractical to take the legs off, so they are on the chair to stay with the duct tape holding them on. It works perfectly. Give it a try if you need the legs to stay on. I highly recommend this amazing chair lift.It was almost fully charged when it arrived It charged for maybe 20 minutes before it was fully charged. It easily connects to the back plug on the chair. I keep the control on the front seat for easy access if I have to use the chair. It has a safety belt, if you need one and it moves up and down at a snail's pace so it's very safe. And once you're up to standing height, the fold-down arms let you push yourself to standing position.I like the looks of it better than the plastic industrial looking lift chairs This looks more like a piece of furniture, color wise.This really is a great lift chair for anyone living alone with the ability to crawl to it if you find yourself on the floor unable to get back up.

Bought this chair 6 months ago before we had trouble with it. It stopped working. It seems to be a wiring issue. Tried to contact Maidesite, had a bit of trouble initially. However, once we contacted them, they were very helpful honoring the manufacturer warranty. They were very helpful especially Yura. Now we have a working chair. Very useful chair.

I liked that it was easy to set up and use. I will say it's heavy to lift when you have stairs. But once you have it in place it does work for heavy people. It's stable, well built, and is a true back saver if you have someone who can't recover by themselves. What's even better is it works in tight spaces. This might just be the best money I have spent on Amazon. I have used this twice to get my wife up from a fall and it worked great. I came pretty much charged up and it doesn't take long to recharge. It folds up out of the way so you can keep it close by.I highly recommend this lift. It is far cheaper and less bulky than comparable medical equipment and still easy to use.
