Can I cook stew or soup with this? Any additional clean up or maintenance to do after cooking?

Thank you for your question. In addition to cooking rice, you can cook anhydrous dishes, sauté, stew, bake bread, etc. For maintenance, wash by hand with a sponge moistened with dish soap.Thank you.

Does the pot work for us 120v? does it come with usa electric cord and correct 3 prong wall plug?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, due to domestic support Japan, it is 2 prong at 100 volts. An adapter is required for use in the United States, but it is not included with this product.
