Malfunctioning right out of the box
Not sure if I got a lemon or what, but took brand new out of the box, put together, charged for 3 hours, and tried it out. Immediately malfunctioned. Works when turned on for about 30 seconds then immediately stops and the "malfunction " light comes on. Can sometimes turn on and off and it will restart again. But then will again last about 30 seconds before shutting off.Checked out all potential things in the manual. Doesn't give much confidence.Going to return immediately.

Meh... I like the concept...
I eagerly awaited this vacuum, mainly because of its bagless self cleaning system. Upon the initial unboxing and a full 100% charge, I couldn't help but notice the limited suction power it offered. Although I understand that some dust residue may remain after repeated vacuuming in the same spot, my old Dyson V10 picked up more dust in the same area than the Tineco did.This vacuum is well-suited for everyday maintenance but needs more when it comes to deep cleaning. The self-emptying concept is appealing, yet I observed that long hair tends to get trapped, requiring manual removal from the dustbin at the end of the day. I returned it the same day due to these flaws.

Suction power is horrible
I want to love this vacuum so much, it's light weight and easy to use. Love the self cleaning function but the suction power is just horrible. Even on max power it doesn't pick up everything and forget corners! Amazing concept and design, just needs upgrading on the suction power! Unfortunately I am returning! Update: I kept it and It definitely needs more suction (I'm used to a dyson) but overall I like it and glad I kept it.

Sleek and Lightweight
I love the self-cleaning charging station, it’s lightweight easy to maneuver and battery life long. I have bought so many cordless vacuums over the years and this is above and beyond the best one. Amazing suction, it isn’t super loud, I can vacuum while my kids are asleep. Makes cleaning my sofa and carpeted stairs way less exhausting. If you have furry pets and messy kids this is the vacuum for you.
