I use my tablet for my business and it connects easily with the various bluetooth devices that are required by the apps. I can also do video calls and text since I have the G5 feature. I highly recommend this product.

Esta table es muy resistente claro con su protector. la uso para que vea videos mi hijo, y sigue funcionando muy bien. No la recomiendo si la quieres usar para cosas de uso de video juego o para trabajo pesados como abrir varias ventanas ya que se vuelve lenta.

1. This device is the T-Mobile version and let me tell you how frustrating and annoying this thing is to get set up. First, you need a Sim Card to power it on......unless you search for hours and find the most ridiculous thing Samsung has ever done. When I say you get stuck, you literally cant do anything. Then I found a random YT video where the guy tops in the top left corer, top right, bottom right, and bottom left corner.....3 times, then he holds down the volume down..... That is what you have to do to connect to the wifi and access the device. Then when I get in, there is no network capability and unless you have a specific T-Mobile micro SIM. Other carriers will not work. I tried 2 different carriers SIMs and one is even fed off the the TMobile network....still wouldn't work. Mint Mobile uses T-Mobiles network and MINT told me this device is not compatible because it doesnt support VOLTE. 2. The tablet was actually super laggy when I was trying to get the network set up. Very slow to respond. Seemed like a generic chinese knockoff to be honest. 3. The amount of junk that was loaded and that I was being asked to install was mind blowing. My phone is a Pixel so I am adapted to Googles pure Android.....I was blown away at the amount of ridiculous bloatware. 4. I called T-Mobile to see if the device could be unlocked to another carrier and was given a load of BS about how it has to be connected to a T-Mobile account to be unlocked and I needed to call the person that sold it to me. I told them it was Amazon and I didn't have Jeff Bezos contact information and she said there was nothing more T-Mobile could do. 5. I called Amazon to get some tech support and it was literally the most generic customer support possible. She just repeated everything I said and then said she could send me a return label or give me Samsungs contact information. Do not buy this stupid device. I was ultimately trying to get a tablet for our daughter that could have LTE or 5G capabilities and was an Andoird OS and not iOS. Do not buy this garbage. You have been warned.

I love the size and display on this tablet. The sound is good for the price point, and the SIM card slot is a great feature since it lets me use it anywhere. There are a couple of drawbacks. It does not get OTA updates, so I had to install updates manually, which would not be ideal for a casual user. It also defaults to landscape mode, even during startup and logins, which I wish could be changed to portrait. Even with those issues, this would still make a great tablet for casual users, kids for games, or older adults for social media and browsing.

My son loves it great for small gaming, great cellular service as well, amazing battery life, sound really loud

Had this tablet for awhile, wanted to jump up to 5g internet and didn't feel like paying iPad prices. This tablet is great for very light work only, normal YouTube, and any apps for movies and TV shows. It's cheap so no good for gaming or any medium work. Overall I'm happy with it, 5g speeds and a little better resolution then my iPad air 3.

Excelente tablet Good condition

1st, the kit is poorly packaged. Tablet, charger cord, minimal product literature, and SIM card "access key". No charger. 2nd, what literature is included in minimal, and printed using a very small font size. Product setup is difficult. 1st it wouldn't accept SIM cards I placed in it. 2nd, while trying to set it up for WIFI for use around the house. It would not go past the opening screen. Pressing the screen a few times brought up the option to setup using QR codes. I kept getting error messages after scanning every QR code in the box. As a last resort I went to T-mobile for them to set it up. That required giving out my SSAN. I've been the victim of ID theft 2x. Now, I don't give out my SSAN to anyone. Schools create student ID numbers to avoid using SSAN numbers. Businesses create employee ID numbers and customer account numbers to avoid using SSAN numbers. It was never mentioned in the product description that I'd have to divulge my SSAN to use the T-Mobile version of this tablet. I rated it a 1 for the incomplete kit, lack of product set up pamphlets, and the failure to divulge my SSAN just to get 5G service for this tablet.
