Smaller than original remote but works well
After over a year, my remote still works well. The buttons are small without still functional. No need to get the original toto remote that only comes with the replacement of the toilet or cover. I wanted to order another as backup for another toto toilet but is not available. Assuming supply chain ( tariffs?) as barriers, hopefully more will be available for sale soon.

Works Well but Wall Mount is Wrong Size (Too Big) and Infrared Not as Good as Original Remote
The remote is fully functional for my washlet's features. However, the wall mount is for a larger remote and infrared signal is not as strong as original remote. I like to push the buttons while the remote is on the wall. With this mount, you have to take the remote out of the mount to operate and, due to weaker infrared signal (smaller batteries than original remote), it doesn't work when you point the remote away from washlet (the normal direction while sitting on washlet...). If it weren't for the shortfalls I listed above, I would have rated this item with 5-stars. Update: another issue, I found that I cannot perform the wand sanitizing feature, which worked with original remote, demoted more...

Works perfectly
My 1 year old put my bidet remote in water and broke it. An official replacement is $200?! I might as well but a new one. Found this generic replacement for it. And it works perfectly. I didn't need to do any set up. Popped batteries in and it worked. No signal strength issues like some of the comments said.

Reasonable price and it works great.
My original remote was damaged by leaking batteries while i was out of town for a couple months. I was shocked to learn an OEM replacement was $150 up to $200. So I decided to take a chance on this Chinese knock off. It works perfectly. Right out of the box it linked up. It actually is better than the factory original.

Weak signal, have to point behind at sensor.
It works, and has all the important features but the signal strenght is weak. Our original Toto THU9958 could be used in hand pointing in any direction. This remote I have to reach behind me and point at the sensor or point over my shoulder. Good price but they need to make the signal stronger.

Compactly replaces my original remote!
It has all of the features a person might have on their Washlet and I do not, but meets my needs perfectly. Fat fingertips may have trouble, but I use my fingernails to press the tiny buttons.
