I chose this model as it looked the part and was only £40.00 including delivery. I see the price has gone up again since I purchased it.Delivery was fast and it came in a substantial box. You have to assemble the chair yourself, but no tools are required as the allen key is supplied with the parts. Only 12 screws and 4 washers to fit to build the chair and the castors to be pushed into the base. Took me about 10 minutes. The instruction leaflet is basic but you can't really go wrong if you have a basic understanding of assembly.The seat is height adjustable but I find the highest setting to be best for me. It is fairly comfortable and ideal for home office use.I would not buy this if you need a chair to sit in all day but for £40 it is ideal for light use at home. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FANTASTIC SERVICE & PRODUCT *by K***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 November 2012* Amazingly, this product arrived after only a couple of days. The fast delivery took me by surprise as I was advised I would have to wait much longer than that. The Executive Swivel Chair was not for my use, it was for my student son. He put the item together in no time at all and, having used it every day since delivery, says it's the best office chair he has ever had. Within 1 month of ownership both arms have snapped in half and the back has come off. The arms look like they are made of solid hard plastic. I really dont know why they have broken so easily. Chair was not abused in any way. Our previous one lasted 12 years.
