I fell & injured my knee so severely that I ended up in the ER. The pain was unbelievable & I was told to keep ice on my knee. I struggled to do this until I found the AiricePac Ice Pack for Knee Pain. Prior to this find, the ice packs were too cold & would not stay in place. This one stays in place and hugged my knee in just the right spot to lessen the pain & swelling. The soft inner lining was comfortable, and I didn't get too cold or wet as I did with the other ice packs. I have a friend who had knee surgery, and I recommended this to her. I do like that it stayed flexible after freezing. Worth it when you need it!

This knee wrap will fit larger swollen legs just fine due to the wraps being longer and it stays in place even if you have to be on the move. I really like how the inner side of it has a soft part that keeps the iced part from being too harsh. It has been helping me keep down the swelling when I am having trouble even walking, can hardly squat, and have very limited mobility. I’m pretty sure I could use the ice pack in other areas if I need to so that’s a plus. I believe this is a good product and overall pleased I chose this one.

I got this for my son’s knee to help him with his pain relief in his knee. It did help with his pain. It’s versatility is useful. The size was a little big for my son because he’s only 13. However, we were still able to manage to make it work. As far as washability, it definitely needs to be cleaned by hand. We haven’t used the heat, so I don’t know about how well the heat retention is with it-my guess is it holds heat well. It does work well coming out of the freezer. It’s made of high-quality so I think the longevity of it lasting will be good.

I injured my right knee, but didn’t see about it in a timely manner and my left knee started giving me trouble for overcompensating. I absolutely love these! The gel pack allows me to use a cold pack and go right to sleep instead of worrying about timing or having the ice too cold or used too long. They also help with the bracing of my knees at night if I fall asleep with them on. They’re easy to use, straps are strong, and easy to refreeze as needed. They store flat in the freezer and have the right amount of gel inside to compensate for good cold therapy. Because of their design, I can adjust the temperature if needed by using the other side. Nice job!

For a miniscus surgery and the little one they give you. This pack is amazing. He is so much happier with it.No ice needed.Very well made!!

I’ve used it on my knee several times and it works well. It doesn’t cover all my knee, only back and sides. I was hoping for a complete wrap but as I only keep it on 10 minutes at a time I flip it to The top for a second session. It is cold, the straps keep it secure and seems well made.

The pack wraps well around a pist op knee replacement but it doesn’t stay cool for the required 20 minutes, and the Velcro sopped holding securely after the 4th use. Plan to have an ace wrap handy to wrap it in place.

I bought this for my grandma after her knee surgery and she said she really liked it. That it was comfortable, it relieved her pain, it freezes quick and is ready for action. It’s thick, the soft part feels nice. It’s flexible even for it being frozen. Overall very happy with the purchase
