Let’s start by saying that I don’t really leave reviews that often but seeing as this is a £1000 item I’d thought I’d share my experience.When I first came across this trampoline on Amazon there were no reviews on the item and very few on the vendor. I did some cross checking on the seller and saw that they had great reviews on trust pilot, so what about the trampoline? I had a myriad of questions so called Madfun and spoke to one of their customer service staff (sorry I forgot their name). They were more than happy to help and spent 30 minutes on the phone chatting about this and other trampolines. It makes such a nice change to be able to speak to someone in the UK rather than receive poorly worded emails from a seller in China.So anyway we ended up buying the 17ft x 10ft Xtra. This is an amazing trampoline - we are SO happy with our choice.Once we placed the order we got a phone call from MadFun to confirm the delivery day and the trampoline was delivered on time, in one extremely big box. It was put as close to where we were going to build the trampoline as the carrier could get. We then took parts from the box to the build location. We found the instructions clear with helpful pictures and read the whole book before starting at the beginning. Frame was easy to slot together and the springs attached easily as long as you followed the order specified in the manual. Sewing the net to the mattress probably took the longest time out of everything. Tip - attach the ends of each of eight cords at equidistant points around the mat before stitching them in. If you don’t the net tends to bunch up. It took around 2.5 hours to build which is actually less time than our previous round trampoline. In hindsight I would recommend using the build service for convenience but there is a degree of pride when you finish.We did our research and chose the JumpPRO Xtra because the specification is like no other performance trampoline in the UK. The “Xtra” name relates to the extra mattress that it has. There are actually two mattresses, one on top of the other for extra bounce and boy is it bouncy! The kids are loving it. There’s so much space and the kids say it’s better than any other trampoline they’ve been on. I also love the look of it in the garden. It’s such an impressive piece of equipment, the frame is so heavy it’s definitely not a toy, like some cheaper trampolines that we’ve had in the past.I wholeheartedly recommend the JumpPRO Xtra trampolines and MadFun.

This product was a bit of a impulse buy but my teenager and friends love it. Had great customer service from the seller who even called me to say I had a voucher for money off I hadn’t used. The trampoline comes in a massive box but was delivered early and had no issues. It’s definitely a two or more person job to assemble and takes some thought process but I managed it in a couple of hours. Overall love the product
