My regular size 8 1/2, M wide. I ordered size 9. Easy to wear but very hard to remove. I have kind of high instep. Tried to wear with knee high silky sacks. It helped a little. Very upset about it. It’s really good boots.

I normally wear a size 8 in shoes, but I bought size 9 Gardening Shoes and size 9 Calf Boots to slide in my orthotic insoles. With the insole the gardening shoes are a little loose and the calf boots are very snug.
