Shampoo spillage
This shampoo is wonderful for my hair type. The shampoo was delivered and the cap was not fully closed on one of the bottles causing approximately 1/4 of the shampoo to spill out. It was a bit messy. As far as the product itself I love it but the design of the bottle can be improved.

Did not come as advertised. Supposed to be 2 bottles not one big, heavy bottle. I was very disappointed.
