We purchased this generator as an upgrade to an existing non inverter generator for a hose backup. We live in the mountains where days-long power outages are common. Initially I was trepidations of ordering online. The generator arrived in great condition and assembly was a breeze. I upgraded our genny outlet from the old 30A to a 50A and simulated a power outage. This genny kept up with all my house’s needs and remained really (noticeably) quiet. So far, we are very satisfied with the quality of this genny for the price point. Still in the break-in period and will update this review if issues arise (not expecting any).

This generator is great! I ordered one and had to get another to parallel the two together to get 22k watts all together. They are fairly light weight compared to other brands and are pretty quiet also. We have been using them for about 2 years now and really like them. Only issue is the pull start rope broke on both of them, I assume from vibration maybe because we only used the pull start like twice in the 2 years we've had them. The dual fuel is a great option also because you can used the unleaded gas and then switch over to propane if you like and it gives you twice the amount of runtime without having to refuel in the middle of operation if you use it for a long consistent duration of time. One tank of gas will last us pretty much a whole day with our food truck of we run a whole day. Usually we will do 3 days a week for 3 hours each day and we always have enough fuel to last the whole time with some left over especially with the tanks for both generators together we will switch from one to the other without missing a beat.

MUCH quieter than our last generator. The sound proofing is really first rate. Great build quality. Easy assembly. Started right up (we're using propane). Our last dual fuel needed extensive manual choke/priming, but this one fired right up on the first go. Push button and remote control work great. No complaints.

It's been great so far and I was amazed at how quiet it was. It's been able to run everything I have needed it too.

Purchased the generator to provide 50AMP power to 43 foot Fifth wheel RV. Incredibly easy to set up and has push button start. Will not get into all specs, but is capable of running Dual AC, Residential fridge, and all interior accessories. Great option for boondocking or sites with unreliable power. Has 50Amp and 30 Amp breakers. It is almost 200lbs empty, but one person cam move it with the wheels and bar it has like a wheelbarrow.

⭐️ 1 Star — Warranty Disappointment The generator runs but suddenly stopped producing power. I contacted Westinghouse for warranty support, but after the first year, they said labor is no longer covered, and the service center we found does not even handle the electrical/generator system. Be careful when relying on the advertised warranty. When there is a serious problem, getting the actual issue resolved may be much harder than expected. Very disappointed with the product and warranty support.

I had the generator assembled and running in 1/2 hour. Be aware that there may be a small amount of oil still in the engine. The unit started with remote start and generated current first try. Also, my LED lights no longer flicker like they did with my old generator.
