Would this one be a nice addition to a bedroom of 13x11 ? Or it's better to go with a smaller one 10 or 12 inch?

I would go with the same model in 10 or 12 inch. This has a large footprint and will look "big" in the room. This works better in a larger room. A 10 or 12 will sound fine in a room of that size.

How is their customer service and support?

I don't know about Dayton's customer service, but the seller is great! Parts Express emailed promptly and refunded my return within 3 days of receiving.

Can this sub be hooked up with a single LFE cable?

I've not hooked it up yet as it being shipped overseas. But I have the manual and it indicates that for surround AV use the Mono - Right channel and specific to LFE to set the crossover point to maximum. I confirmed this information with Dayton web site

Does it have an airhole?

Yes, you mean the port? vented area? yes it is underthe sub.
