Wasteful supply list/poor instructions
I bought this product for a collage class at a local quilt store. The class was fun, but I wish it hadn't required a Fiberworks product purchase. For those who are not creative, they may be helpful and for a more complex collage, it may be helpful. But the pattern was NOT worth $30.Also, the pattern calls for 5 yards of Steam a Seam. I had 2 yards left over before when using the Steam a Seam for the Tree. I can't see a need for steam a seam on the tree.The instructions are poor at best. I watched a class full of nice women peel back their fabric and and trace a pattern. Better, easier idea. Trace the pattern on the steam a seam, front and back, BEFORE you add your fabric. This will save money on STEAM a SEAM as you will use a LOT less. It will save time and frustration as well. I only added fabric once and traced the pattern AFTER one time before figuring out this was about the hardest way possible to do it. So, if you wanna charge $22-$30 for a pattern, make sure you have the best instructions and have done you best to reduce the amount of waste of expensive supplies.
