I have bi-lateral nephrostomy tubes and researched options to handle the accompanying drain tubes & bags. These "trousers" are wonderful. They are a perfect solution for tubing & bag storage. The knit material is so soft and comfortable. They are more like a biker short and, on me, don't fit quite as long as shown in the photo. For reference, I'm 5'4 & my bags are Hollister 9814, which fit perfectly in the pockets. The button loops at the waist on each side work well at securing the drain lines. On me, I found that actually wearing them backwards, with the inside tag in the front, made it easier to the gain access to the button loops. The only issue I have encountered is the open space located center bottom of the pocket (which allows the drain tip to protrude) caught the bag closure cap causing it to fall off. I'm quite active and decided to just stitch up these openings. For size reference I wear a misses size 12-14 and purchased a size 2XL. These obviously run very small. I have found them to be great for wearing with dresses and slightly baggy style pants. These are well worth what they cost , a great product, and game changer for me.

This is a very nice pair of pant for elderly who need a catheter and urine bag. The bags on each side are very useful. This pair of pant is very good looking. You can wear it as regular underwear. There are pretty grey lines decorated in the fabric. The waist belt is also very elastic. As mentioned before the bags are pretty large for a lot of usages. You can wear it in the summer as a short.

the underwear are soft and comfortable, there is 2 pocket to hold the bags, and above each pock is a button so you can pin the hose in place. my husband really like the fit and comfort.
