I got a text asking if I wanted to cancel. I did not. I called customer service, got AI and had to be text using the specific terms they understand. Got transferred to a person, not much better. After repeatedly asking the same question she said it was a oayment issue. I don’t think there’s been a week since 11/30//25 that I didn’t order something. Not one payment issue. She said she’d put in a new order and I’d have it in 2 days. Asked if I wanted to cancel the original order, I refused. I drink grapefruit juice daily. Two days later, no new order showed up on my purchases, so I got it yesterday. Great stuff. The only conceivable excuse I could think was a substantial price increase after the original order. There’s no payment issue. Every other item is paid in full using the same account I’ve had for years . The juice is healthy, 60 ounce., tastes good. Obviously, I’m a big fan.
