Item is good but one pc is not working properly how can you resolve this problem?

I believe during the packaging, due to extensive wrapping the wings have little bended due to which fan is shaky. I got this fan earlier and the wings were just fine.

I purchased the atomberg Renesa 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan and I am very happy with its performance. The fan has a stylish and modern design and looks good in the room. The airflow is quite good, and the BLDC motor operates smoothly with very little noise. The remote control is very convenient, especially for adjusting the speed without getting up. The 5 star energy rating and BLDC technology are also a big advantage for regular use, as it helps reduce electricity consumption. Overall, a good quality, feature rich ceiling fan with excellent performance. Definitely worth considering for home use, especially helpful during power fluctuations.

Am giving a full review all aspects of this fan 1. I purchased this fan for silence, more speed(RPM), less heat as motor don't heat, last energy efficient. 2. If you keep fan on 1,2,3 you will barely hear any sound, 4, sound like ac,5th sound like boost mode on ac ,0n boost mode this fan makes lots of noice you will get used to after 3-4 days but it makes a lot of noice due to cheap fan blades 5 out 4 for them. 3. If ur in ac room & your room is sealed congratulations you will feel cool more longer & you can keep using it in sealed room it will not increase the template i can feel difference. 4. Yes its energy efficient power consumption level on every level it consume 5-6 watt extra oike level one 5 watt level 2 - 9 watt level 4 17 watt boost mode 32-35 watt. 5. Fan motor n blades make noice if ur a student maditator won't like it i always keep it in between 4-5. 6. Remote is too small if u forget someone will take hours to find 3.5 inches remote it works well but you have to point out towards fan so while sleeping if u think ull press button and it will change then no u have to keep it towards the fan and it has ratina light will be able to see buttons in night. 7. Fan LED is good in night if u want deep dark turn it off its like moon light on 50% I don't like it, Feedback 1. Sleep timer is worst i mean there should be option how low speed u want every two our it will reduce 1. 2. Please make good fan blades they make noice on boost mode & change remote size add more options like I wanted to decrease my fan speed only one after an hour but if it keep reducing ill feel hot 3. Fan look good but both cups are not of good size plastic is long lasting but little cheap 4. Your fan hanging road is too small it took me 3 hours to do it then i brought a new road and again atleast provide long bolts n nuts in both fan caps they are of no use very small size. Final thing you are an indian company that's why i brought it but please don't overcharge for looks n Colors only ull gain more profit i found motor is almost same in all just for looks u charging 1000 rs 3300 to 4500 it doesn't worth its cost i wanted to buy 4 but due to this brought only one Last please make more n more silent fan we will pay more no issue & of good quality not like the technique you use that we have anti dust fan no fan in the world is anti dust people of india are getting educated so no such terms BDW nice fan

Good Product, but they offer only 9 inch downrod, if your ceiling height is above 10 inch, the air flow is not covered We need a 18 inch down rod, unfortunately Atomberg didn't manufacture downrod of sizes more than 9 inch

Do note that Motor specifications are different for different blade sizes. Also, I had an issue after a year, but the technician solved it in a matter of minutes and visited the premises the very next day after I raised my complaint, so kudos to such superb service. Pros: > Design is very nice. > It does take less wattage. > Doesn't sound weird when on inverter. > After-sales service is top-notch in my area. > Fan is very light, which helps take the load off the ceilings. > Finishing is top-notch. > Love the idea of controlling the fan from a remote. > Also like the feature of sleep. > Love the small night light that helps a lot if you need to go to the washroom at night without disturbing anyone by not turning on the room night light. > Fan is very silent; the only thing you will hear is the sound of the wind itself when on high speed. > Remote quality is decent. > Good Warranty period. Cons: > It does wobble on high speed of 4-5 + Boost as well. Pro Tip: > Keep the fan blades clean regularly. > Register your fan on the website for better after-sales service.
