This phone operates like a used phone. It freezes, the screen blacks out and it is soooooo slow. When trying to send messages or answer calls, it is frustrating. I will have to purchase a new cell hopefully for Christmas!

When I first bought this phone it didn't work then I contacted the seller there representatives where great I sent the phone back got another one and it worked perfect my uncle then told me he wanted one so I ordered him one my freind also wanted one so I order her one and now my friends dad wants one lol

My sister and I got two of this machine from my step-dad. Within two weeks of use my sister's went kaput she could not use the screen touch as, at a touch every app keep moving haphazardly or stand still. A week later mine followed thesame path. Now the phone is useless as we cannot find and replace the parts here in Nigeria.

Phone is comparable with the expensive Galaxy however there is very little instruction as to how to use or find things on the phone. The battery that comes with it only take 1/4 charge (junk battery). Ended up ordering replacement Galaxy 4 battery ($8.60 Amazon). Wife keeps going to T-Moble store for instruction to use. Once you learn the thing, it works ok though. Only problem can't turn up volume enough to hardly hear other end of conversation. Side volume is up all the way. Must be a way to internally set louder but can't read Chinese.

I'll definitely buy another one. Felt it a bit heavy, though. Still good.

You should not sell this phone on Amazon it suck it freez up when typing and can download a lot of apps please if you going make galaxy 5 smart phone please do it right

It is for my granddaughter so I hope she likes it.

I just don't like the case that come with it. I was going to buy another one but I couldn't find a different case for them
