I’ve only been taking these for about a week. The first couple of days I didn’t notice any change. I was still hungry all day. After about a week I noticed I’m not reaching for snacks all day. In fact I make it through the day without any cravings. They are a bit spendy which is what took me so long to order in the first place. I will reorder but next time I’m going to get the Curb in gummy form. I really don’t like taking pills. Burn doesn’t seem to come in a gummy so I’ll keep swallowing those pills.

I didn't see any results with either supplement. When I took the curb for appetite it didn't curb any craving and didn't make me less hungry.

I have been finding that my new office job is causing me to gain some weight due to idle snacking. I bought these on a whim just to see if it can help. I have been trying to take walks daily to help as well. I did notice that overall the Lemme Curb has helped with the idle snacking. The Lemme Burn hasn't seem to really have a significant difference but it may also be helping with the idle snacking as overall my hunger has decreased. I am not sure if I will buy again due to the price but it's only been about 2 weeks of taking them.

After a few weeks of use, my skin broke out all over. Tiny bumps and acne all over. About 1-2 after stopping this my new acne subsided. Lemme grow and lemme de bloat which I started taking prior did not cause breakouts, and I continue to take them without skin complications. I will say that the lemme curb did cut my cravings during the work day in a noticeable way but this pro did not outweigh my skin problems caused by this combo.
