Worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle
I find it hard to rate any product which claims to have health benefits, because so many factors (e.g. a person’s underlying health, any medication being taken, personal circumstances and psychological state) may influence the perceived and/or actual benefits of the product. And, further, one should never underestimate the placebo effect.Subject to that above qualification, I make the following observations about this product …I liked the fact that the product is 100% vegan, made in the UK, and is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified. The suggested dose is one capsule between 1 and 3 times a day – so a potential maximum of three capsules a day. Instinctively, I preferred to at least start off with a lower dose, and I took to having one capsule at breakfast, and another with my evening meal. And that is probably what I will continue to do.I did not experience any noticeable effects from taking the product, but then I didn’t expect to. I am aware, however, that Turkey Tail mushrooms (like several other varieties) are widely thought to have beneficial effects on one’s health and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accept that view. If nothing else, widening the consumption of plant products to one’s diet is generally regarded as beneficial to one’s gut microbiome, and that’s good enough for me.

Great product
great mushroom supplement, this one has no fillers which means that everything is just mushroom and capsule.The capsules, aren't too large, which I find that some supplements have started to do, making the capsule bigger, so you have to take less, but put more product in each capsule.Honestly prefer just taking multiple, but thats my opinion. I find the larger capsules harder to swallow.I have been taking mushrooms for many years now, and it's always good to try a new supplier and company.Turkey tail has some incredible health benefits and would recommend these to anyone who is starting their mushroom journey.Great value, love the new shaped bottles means, my medicine cupboard is much cleaner now :)
