I have used many different eyebrow pencils over the last couple of decades. Elf has been very consistent with this waterproof eyebrow pencil showing them keeping that going. Glides and smooth the colors are great It stays on well…It does rub off, but you have to really rub it. Great product for the amount of money that you’re spending it will do what you need to do. I’ve bought this product for a while now and have recommended it out to several people who also have nothing but great things to say.

I can always count on Amazon selling Elf products. I have used many brow pencil brands and Elf is by far the best. It stays on ALL DAY because its waterproof and it comes in a few different shades. I especially like the fine-tip which allows you to shape, fill and define your eyebrows.

I’ve used many eye brow pencil’s, from many yrs of plucking & my non existing brows. THIS ONE TOPS them ALL! Glides beautifully, looks REAL, and stays through blood, sweat & tears! Price is unbelievable! I stock up!

Easy to use, love the color but the tip can’t be sharpened to a point to make small lines

How can they sell this for the price -- it's just as good as the ones selling for 5 times this amount! I bought the color "blond" and I know from experience other brown shades are too dark, and this works perfectly. I applied it and then used the brush end to shape my brows up -- neat! The only thing I can't speak to is how long the product itself will last -- the last one I had ran out so quickly, I'm hoping this one lasts longer. It looks great though -- highly recommend!

This brow pencil was bought for my elderly mom who now has gray hair so she wanted her eyebrows to match her hair and often it’s hard to find a shade like that. Thanks to elf. They made this great product that is durable. it lasts layers well over other products and is a wonderful color for people that have gray hair

So this product is great. I purchased the blonde and the color isn’t too light or too orange. It also lasts all day so why did I give it 3 stars? It is soooo thick. It’s really hard to get it where you want. I’m constantly having to use a Q-tip with micellar water to clean it up. And don’t even try to make hairlike strokes. It’s not happening. Please change this to a micro pencil!!!

I’ve always spent $29 on two different more expensive eyebrow pencils when my neighbor showed me this one that she uses. I love it. Haha! It’s so inexpensive and worked great. The waterproof one stays on all day
