Laminator that failed on it`s very first operation.
I received this item on thursday 13th May. I plugged it in and followed the instructions. The item appeared to be working OK until the last bit of the pouch went in. The machine then stopped and started to operate backwards then stopped again. I was unable to retrieve the pouch. As the two items I had laminated were important documents I decided I would try to get them out by dismantling the machine. I managed to retrieve them but I was unable to reassemble the laminator. I realised I had obviously invalidated any guarantee so it went into the rubbish bin. I was not happy about it as it was the one and only time I had used it. Bill Bridges
