Easy to see why these spoons are so popular. Very comfortable to hold with the rounded profile and curved handle locking into place in your hand. The bowl is 1.8" wide, not 1.97" wide....a width that allows females and children to still have no problem fitting whole bowl inside mouth. The bowl capacity itself seems to fall in between a standard stainless steel soup spoon and a Keawell stainless steel Asian soup spoon, or one of the larger ceramic spoons with a flat bottom that is specifically designed for ramen soups. If you are a dedicated eater of ramen, and don't use chopsticks, i would pass on these and go with the stainless steel Asian spoons or the larger flat bottom ceramic spoons. For everything else, these are great! Beautiful, and very well made, and about as comfortable to hold as a spoon can possibly get. Of course they will break if dropped, but at 2.50 per spoon, it won't be a tragedy....or maybe it will if you have a few young kids to up the frequency of that occurring.

I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase this type of soup spoon, but I've wanted them for quite a while. They make eating my silly ramen a more fun experience. I think they're pretty - the included designs were one of many sets I had to choose from here and these are the ones I went with. They're packaged well, they all arrived safely. They feel sturdy. The bowl shape feels a little awkward for me to use, handle being fine but sipping from it feels like I'm perhaps holding it wrong... I don't mind, it works. I find them fun, and they were affordable. The finish is fine, no sharp edges, no visible cracks to be concerned about. Looking forward to using them more over time.

Great for soup! My granddaughter loves these spoons and they help to prevent spills unlike a regular spoon. They're a good weight and easy for a small or large hand to hold. They also have beautiful patterns on them!

Nice spoons and beautiful designs, but they are a bit deep, which is awkward in your mouth when trying to get something that isnt super soupy out of them.

These are quite beautiful. They are nice quality ceramic with non slip bottoms. I am not planning to put them in the dishwasher, as I usually hand wash my pottery.

Always wanted to try these. Very different than my soup spoons. Either sip or use for large food pieces.
