Silentnight Quilted Wool Pillow, Blend, White, Single

Have only been using this pillow for a few days, but so far I am pleased with it. It is comfortable and unlike pillows with synthetic fillings, this one does not make my head feel hot. It seems to have just the right amount of support for my neck and shoulders, which is important for me as I suffer with a lot of muscular stiffness and pain.

At last, I’ve found my perfect pillow. Never thought such a pillow existed - wool. It’s soft yet supportive. It’s quiet (no rustling feathers!). I dot feel so sweaty.I also have found just one pillow is enough, whereas using feather varieties I found I needed 2.

Delivery was slow. Bought as a gift for my daughter who is very fussy about her pillows. She thought it was a little too firm for the first few nights. Now she loves it. Just right for her needs.

I wasn't sure if I'd like this pillow so I ordered one to try it out. But for me, it is immensely comfortable and I really like the fact it has a natural filling - I don't want to add to the world's woes with more man-made fibre fillings. I like this pillow so much I'm ordering more. I don't think I can go back to down now. It really is worth a try.

Within 10 months this pillow became hard and compressed and was causing me to have headaches. I lay with my head in the middle of the pillow and over this period of time, the stuffing seemed to split into 2 sides either side of my head, so not offering any support where I needed it.I contacted the seller, who put me in touch with Silent Night. I was asked to provide photos of the pillow, the label both sides and proof of purchase and address,which I did. Their advice was to wash the pillow, again, which I did, but with no change to the pillow. I reported back and asked them to replace the pillow with an alternative, as it was not performing as expected. Silent Night asked for more photos and said that they could only replace with the same again, which I did not want, as it was obviously not a good pillow.I bought this wool pillow, as it is a relatively new concept, promising both comfort and support and as it came with a 2 year guarantee, I was prepared to pay a bit more for it. However, it does not live up to expectations - feels like your head is on a sandbag! - and I would not recommend it. I am also disappointed with the Customer Service offered by Silent Night, whom I had previously considered to be a reputable company.

Really disappointing pillow despite positive first impressions. I thought I'd pay a bit more for a better quality pillow, but it's not paid off. The pillow isn't filled with wool, it's just a slim outer layer (on reading the description in more detail, it doesn't say the pillow is 100% wool filled, but it certainly gives that impression when browsing, I think). The filling has gone quite flat, quite quickly. I wouldn't buy again.

These pillows are fantastic,all ive done for the last few years is buy different pillows to try and find one that didnt make my neck stiff.these are brilliant.i would highly recommend them.
