Excellent product. I take 2 capsules every night 30 minutes or a one before bedtime and I am sleep 💤 like a baby 😌. I love it 🥰 I will continue ordering this product. 💯 recommend

Pricey but helps me sleep and took away my leg cramps
It's a bit expensive but it really does help me sleep and it has taken away my leg cramps so I definitely recommend it I can feel the difference.

very good but I only take 1 per night , I start with 2 but gave me diarrhea, cut down to 1 pill and Im fine…maybe now that my body adjust will try 2… So far so good 😊

Such a noticeable difference!
