AMD Radeon R5 340X 2GB GDDR3 with DP/DVI (Full Size Bracket, for Normal/Full Size Computer only), Supports 4K via DP Connection

If your laptop or tower displays 1920 x 1080 (HD) and you HDMI cable the output to a HDef TV of the same res. the only diff in what you see will depend on the screen size. I.E. the larger the screen the larger is display. By going to a "4K" TV it will have 3480 x 2160 pixels which means all of your display will be in the upper left corner of the screen and there will be more space to the right and bottom for more windows you can open or hot have your windows overlapping or pilled on top of each other. The catch is you need a graphics card like this one that can output 3480 x 2160 res. Which also means you need a real computer, not a laptop. I recommend the smallest 4K TV you can get. I got a 43" on sale for about $300 which is really big to use as a monitor. Yes the HDMI plays thru the TV speakers. You might consider a curved screen because of the large width but the cost will go way up. This video card is small but works great. On the included disk you have to get the correct driver out of the correct folder. And since it does not output HDMI you will need an adapter.

I have never opened a computer case before this project. Easy Plug and play install. Works great. Seller included directions and a phone number for support (I did not need)
