If you’re into body weight training. Then this is for you. It actually if all in one gym system to keep yourself in shape. Add some cardio and you’re all set. I’m glad I got this and it was worth it. It’s nice little board and few accessories and very effective. It’s sturdy and just clean in the way that it takes less space than my air fryer. You can even put it in your backpack and take it on the go.

Great board for working out. It’s sturdy, well made and easy to use. I’ve had no issues with it slipping or moving while working out.

Great for pushups - use-less when using the bands - if you step on the push-up board, the plastic will break.. kind of defeats the purpose of attaching the bands to the board, to the included bar, to then do squats on... if you don't step on the board to do squats in this scenario, then the board will go flying... if you do step on the board, it will break.. quite the conundrum.If you're using this strictly for push-ups it is amazing. If you're using the bands without the board (ie. using the door jam) the bands work fine. Combining the two is a disaster and I would not recommend.Overall, good bang for the buck, but the quality of the board and the safety concerns of the board going flying make this only a 3 star. Probably wouldn't buy this product again, but also not unhappy with it given the price.
