Best Chess Board and Playing Pieces I have ever owned
Playing chess with my grandson is an absolute pleasure, but I was having difficulty playing on his board with his small chess pieces. I was having trouble moving the pieces without knocking an adjacent piece and my beautiful granddaughter would often knock the table we were playing on causing several pieces to move. A quick bit of searching on Amazon and I found this excellent board and playing pieces. The board has horizontal and vertical markings enabling me to explain various chess strategies and the pieces are large with a magnetic base which prevents any accidental displacement of pieces. They look and feel great. The board also doubles as a chess box and the pieces fit securely in their designated spot. Folding in half makes this a perfect chess set to carry with me when visiting my grandson, and the pieces don’t rattle around as they do in a wooden box. Overall I think this to be an excellent chess board and playing pieces with the addition of an extra white and black queen. Really pleased with my purchase and recommend this product.

The chess set is of good quality. The interior allows all pieces to stay in position when the case is carried around. Supplied with warranty card, the rules of chess and a postcard.
