I wanted a brace that had a stiff spine to remind me to stand properly. I'm 6 ft tall with a long torso and tend to slouch. It took a little time to figure out how to put it on, but it did the trick just right. I wouldn't count on it to do full support (doesn't replace your backbone), but if you just need something to remind you to keep the right position, especially in the lower back, this one does the trick. I found it quite comfortable to wear. I had to pull the straps quite tight to get the right effect.

Probably fine, I’m not wearing it enough though. They should maybe include some sort of instructions instead of just using the Amazon pictures. Quality seems good.

Got this and tried it for 3 months already. It is very comfortable to wear at the beginning. You can still move freely as you want. It just reminds you to stay straight without forcing you. Highly recommend for anyone who want to stand up nice, feel good and looks good again.

Need to get used to it, but I think it works.
