It's easy and straightforward forward to put together and use. I stand over the sink with my head tilted. You need to get the hang of it a little bit so it's not spilling down your neck. My issue is with itchy ears, and the warm water is a lot more soothing than anything else has been. I used it along with debrox to get some relief and so far it's been helpful. Thank you!

I have tried more than one way to clean my ears and I have to say this does the job. The others were same method with different approaches. This is a different method and approach and it feels like it works.

This is the first time I've used them. They're malfunctioning. The center button is supposed to shift gears. The button at the bottom should be Start/Pause. It starts automatically when you try to change gears. The only button that can turn it off is by holding down the power button.

It did not perform good. Not enough water pressure to properly clean out ear. Machine is not worth the money spent. I only wish I used it in time to return for money back.
