I was experiencing hot flashes, insomnia, and moderate anxiety. I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and have noticed that I am sleeping better, have minimal (if any) anxiety, and may occasionally have a slightly “warm” flash. I would recommend!

Definitely helps with hot flashes
This product definitely helps with hot flashes and night sweats. Prior to taking this, I was experiencing hot flashes several times a day (and waking up with night sweats almost every night). Now they are practically nonexistent. Not so sure the product is helping with my insomnia. I have struggled with insomnia for years, so it was not surprising that this did not really help. But it definitely helps with hot flashes.

They really work! After exactly 30 days, I experience no more hot flashes and good sleep. I’m happy to not have to start hormone therapy with all those scary side effects

Strong side effects! Not recommended.
I took for only 7 days and had all the side effects: Experiencing weird, vivid dreams and headaches after taking Remifemin Night for 7 days is a direct and documented reaction to the valerian root in the formula. These work great for me. I take one every night. I was able to get off unisom and switch to these!

Not very helpful
My GYN recommended for my menopausal symptoms, especially night sweats, and it only helped mildly. Think I will try Black Cotash next!
