Good Dubias with random insects mixed in
The Dubai roaches that I have received during may last 3 orders have arrived alive and in good shape. However, it is somewhat troubling how many random insects make their way into the container. I have found beetles, centipedes, and/or caterpillars in all of my orders. This seems to indicate some issues with quality control and the cleanliness of the breeding facilities. Dubai roaches aren’t know for having the largest parasite risk as far as feeders go, but the fact that other insects can get into their containers this often is concerning.

Great support and arrive ahead of schedule
After several successful orders, I happen to place an order that shipped on our hottest day of the year. Most of them died due to the heat. After contacting Anima Specialties they replaced them all after watching for a cooler day. Stand up support, I think they actually shipped me extras for the trouble that was in no way their fault.

Arrived all dead
They were dead and smushed up on the sides when they arrived yesterday. Gave them overnight to warm up but they are still definitely dead. Really needed these, I would appreciate a replacement order be sent out to me.
