Absolutely amazing quality, and the designer went above and beyond sharpening up the low resolution photo I provided and making the adjustments I requested. It arrived pretty quickly too considering it is a custom order item.

This is even more beautiful than the picture can show. The ordering process and customization was easy. I wanted to see a preview and I received that in a timely manner. Upon confirmation of the preview my order was placed. I received this well packaged to prevent damage in transit and am impressed with the finished product. Beautiful job, I'm so happy I cried happy tears. I made a special request for an option that wasn't offered. Instead of just the Marine Corps simble. I had asked if they could put the 1st Battalion 5th Marines crest. He was so proud of being in the 1st Battalion 5th Marines. It was a surprise because I didn't know for sure if they could do it. Thank you, thank you so very much for making that effort for me. I couldn't be more pleased.

If outdoors make sure you get the waterproof version! It will last forever!
It was pretty heavy and sturdy! Wasnโt anything cheap. It was perfect for our family dog! We loved it. The lady even reached out to us to double check everything was right and we were able to change a few things before it came wrong. Very pleased!
