The controls are infuriating. I MIGHT be figuring them out. I believe you literally have to TAP the on/off switch repeatedly until the settings and pause lights come on. Then you can pause and make adjustments. Mode takes you through cool, cozy cat and quick dry. The directions are not very good. It is very quiet. The air all comes from the bottom which surprised me. I thought it would have one on top and/or a back fan. But it swirls around so it works, slowly, but it works. It doesn’t blow out the hair out like the canister systems do but it’s something I can use to dry my cat in the winter without filling my rooms with fur so it’s a win for me. Used it today for a full bath. It took one 60 min quick cycle and about 30 min on cozy dry to get my Himalayan dry. It was really nice to be able to bath her in the winter and have her dry relatively stress free. And my house wasn’t filled with flying hair. She put on a big show of misery when she could see me but I caught her chillin when I wasn’t around to plead to. Not surprisingly, she despises it. I’m very glad I bought it.

I orignally bought this cause my pup freaked out when I intially dried her with blowdryer. So I thought, why not I’ll give this a try. Best decision of my life!! My 9 week old pup was dry in like 10 minutes. The holes on each side was a lifesaver so I was able to comfort her during the drying process. It comes with a pet mat that was so comfy. When I introduced my pup first, I used the “comfort” setting and then for the actual post bath time drying I switched to turbo with temp of 100 degrees. My puppy was very comfortable and stopped shaking. Sometimes they get cold after a bath. The instructions were very easy to follow and very user friendly.

It makes grooming so much easier and helps dry my cat quickly and comfortably. I especially love that it’s easy to use and feels much less stressful than using a regular hair dryer.

At first I didn’t think this was going to work for my Pomeranian. She could only stand to stay in for 10 minutes and she wanted out. If she would’ve stayed in longer , her blow out would’ve came out better. It’s way faster than using a blow dryer and her hair wasn’t matted. I would recommend this item for anyone with a high maintenance dog or cat with a lot of hair. Saves a lot of time !
