I had originally posted this review. "⭐⭐ Not too happy! Screen freezes every so often so I need to press the power button then reopen my phone to use it." After posting I was immediately contacted by the seller who left this message in part. "We’d like to address any issues or concerns you have. Your satisfaction is important..." I was shocked since I've had a couple bad experience on Amazon with sellers and had never been contacted by one directly. I was provided with a tracking number for new screen replacement. Even though I haven't received it as yet, I wanted to acknowledge the kind gesture of the seller through a 5 star review.

I had never opened a phone before and I was scared to do this, but after seen a video on how to replace the screen multiple times, is very easy. This product fits like a ring in the finger, all components fit perfectly and so far I had encountered zero issues. The screen quality is great, the pen charges as well, great value for what it cost. This was the second time that I needed a new screen, the firts time the screen actually broke almost a year ago and it cost me almost $200 to do exactly what I just did and the pen wouldn't even charge with a professional "fixing it", but this time I was able to do it my self for less than half the price.

Not good at all the item isn’t working technician said it is faulty

I bought one of these last year from this seller and it worked flawless. However this recent purchase has a few issues the bottom of the screen is not as responsive and the screen sometimes dims when I view certain content. After sometime of trying to figure out the issue I screen recorded one of the videos in question and when I played it back it did not dim the screen so I've found it has something to do with the frame rate or something of that sort. Before getting this new lcd I did not have this issue. Update 5-15-25 Seller has messaged me to resolve the issue with the screen I sent video of the issue and now I am waiting to hear back from them with a resolve. Update5-17-25 After showing issues with my phone customer service offered to replace or refund with no hassle. Like I stated above their screens normally are top-notch and work great, but when they are not they will work with you to resolve the issue.

I received the ítem on time. I love it.

Poor screen quality. Discoloration, the screen has a greenish tint. Also has a delay when typing. Definitely will need to return.
