Can you feel a difference within several hours of taking it?

It's not a noticeable difference but definitely feel like it's working. It's almost as if it just makes your day 5-10% better. No, it's not like taking a klonopin. The half life is relatively shorts so you're supposed to take it 3 times a day if that's what you need. I've only been taking it once as needed if I'm stressed because it's supposed to ASSIST you with stress. Remember to avoid dependency of needing it to cope.
