I have a procedure coming up and have tried on a couple different support belts. I'm keeping this one! It has clear instructions for each of the 3 parts. It wasn't scratchy and pokey. Has a lining inside. Will be good for back support as well after primary use. I put it on and sat at my desk for a while and it really takes tension off my lower back area. For reference I am 5'6" 160lbs and pear shaped. The S/M fits good. Slightly tight but that's what I was looking for. It's very adjustable.

The package arrived on time and in perfect shape, and the product was well-explained with graphic instructions. I washed it before using it and only used it over a t-shirt or similar. I find it good, it is supportive and you can adjust to pretty much any size, which is great during postpartum because your shape changes so much. I am very short and petite (150cm in height) and so o have to be mindful about how and where in my body I place each peace so it doesn’t bother me when I’m breastfeeding. I believe it will help me to get back in shape and somewhat closer to the body I had pre-pregnancy or perhaps even better (fingers crossed) Customer service has been amazing

I can't express how much I love this! I have been looking for something that is long enough to cover my hips, waist and tummy and this does all three. I'm 6 weeks postpartum and it fits tight on my belly. I'm size L/XL but decided to get S/M to get a more tight fit and I did. Definitely recommend to all.

La faja cumple su funcion solo que si no te poner algo por devajo al esturar mucho la faja salen de ella pequeñas ebras que te lastiman pero si soca

Very good quality but did get uncomfortable when sitting. Good support for back posture and core. You can adjust how tight or how lose you want it which is nice. It does roll up a little when sitting but was able to use when doing things around the house.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product! I've used a different one before but this one was more supportive and I like that it comes in 3 parts so you can choose all or some depending on what support you want and where you are in your postpartum recovery. Comfy and did not slip. Would buy again!
