Too big t for ladies mouth

I don't want to downgrade the stars too much here because I feel this is a personal thing and issue, for me I can't comment on how the device worked as I just couldn't use it. Fair play to anyone who can sleep with it in but there's no way I could sleep with it in. It was uncomfortable, and actually making me feel sick. People can judge with other reviews but if you have a bad gag reflex or anything then I do not recommend.

This is by far one of the best anti-snoring mouth guards I have used because it had an upper and lower plate - the all in one type do not hold your lower jaw in the right position. The cheaper ones have always proved to be a waste of money for me ad they tend to drop out. Don't even mention nose rings, nose straps or acupuncture rings. This is easy to mould and can be remoulded a few times so it fits great. It is not too heavy and you soon get used to it. Clear so not too obvious and unattractive. Works for me.
