It gets the towels extremely hot very quickly. The timer is helpful because it turns off when the water is gone if you forgot about it, but if you add more water, you can easily add more time. The tongs aren’t very helpful for the bigger towels I use, but maybe for washcloth size.

This little thing is awesome. Not only do I "spa moment" myself at least once a day, but I have sinus issues and have hung my head over it with a towel to open my sinus.

Heats up quickly and steamed towels have many uses. However, towels get extremely hot and are a burn hazard.

Powerful 💥 didn’t think it would be big enough, but it’s perfect for what I want it for, which is one big towel for the feet and two small hand towels and super hot in less than 15 minutes, impressed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

eh it’s okay. good for teens. i bought it when i starting my spa journey and it barely got the towels hot and too small to fit many towels. but it works nicely. just not for professional use

Absolutely crap! When I first received it, it was fine & in working order. The second day I turned it on it wouldn't work. It's actually not working. Won't switch on.
