Will the torani pump fit this?

Yes they fit I bought a pack of 5 pumps recently and they are perfect.

How to use them? do I need to mix them with vodka?

You need to mix them with vodka, or some other spirit, depending on what kind of mix it is. The Cosmo mix needs vodka, for example, but the Margarita mixes would require tequila. The Mojito would require rum. Which type of spirit depends on what the alcohol base of the particular drink mix is.

What are some non alcoholic liquids could you use with these mixes?

Carbonated water The flavors are strong so even with alcohol I always add sparkling water from my soda stream.
