Does the kleen kanteen sport cap fit?

Not sure what is being asked. The cap for the thermos screws on and fits fine with no leakage.

does it keep water from freezing?

Yes. Never had the water freeze. Stays very cold all day with some ice cubes still unthawed, but never frozen.

What is the difference with the Takeya Originals? In both it says 24 hr cold

I believe it has to do with the bottom of the bottle. The Actives has a rubber-like surface near the bottom, but I don't believe that the original does. The plus of this is that the Actives can take jarring a little better. The minus is that the bottom is a little larger. Love my Actives!

can we buy just a bottom rubber base for the 24 ounce bottle?
